Key Responsibilities:

• Present beverage menus; take orders from serving employees or directly from guests; offer recommendations and answer all related inquiries
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for all working areas, bar equipment, waste disposal and storage
• Monitor inventory; order and restock all bar supplies
• Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

Qualifications / Personal characteristics:

• Preferred 1-2 years as a Bartender in a fine dining restaurant or bar ideally within a 5* Luxury Hotel
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Strong communication and presentation abilities; pleasant personality with enviable customer service skills
• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality or relevant training certification would be an asset
• Good experience with cash register and ordering information system (Micros, POS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all restaurant operations, organize and supervise working schedules
• Monitor operational costs and identify measures to reduce expenses; improve restaurant’s revenue, prepare detailed reports for management information
• Participate in food tasting and implementation of menus and wine lists
• Recruit and assist in the training of employees, identify and analyze training needs, motivate and mentor food and beverage teams
• Evaluate employee’s performance, provide information to ameliorate productivity and quality of services both to kitchen and service teams

• Work with Kid’s Club Managers and supervisors to develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest and playtime
• Help children keep good hygiene
• Follow daily schedule of the Kid’s Club, as trained by Managers and allow children to learn about the world and explore interests
• Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring the problems to the attention of parents
• Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

Qualifications / Personal characteristics:

• University Degree or College Diploma in Childcare
• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience as a Childcare assistant

• Build full knowledge of Resort and hotel facilities, services and local area
• Upsell additional Resort facilities and services
• Monitor front office expenses, order material supplies and all necessary hotel documents

• Ensure excellent response to all guest requests / complaints; maintain confidentiality of guests information and follow proper protocol

Qualifications / Personal characteristics:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position ideally within a 5* Luxury Hotel

• Computer literacy and experience in Opera / Fidelio programs

Περιγραφή θέσης

Ο Σερβιτόρος/Βοηθός σερβιτόρου/Room Service Agent θα υποστηρίζει αποτελεσματικά, μαζί με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα του εστιατορίου, όλες τις λειτουργίες επισιτισμού έτσι ώστε οι πελάτες να απολαμβάνουν υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτηση.

Αρμοδιότητες:

• Σερβίρισμα φαγητών και ποτών, προετοιμασία του εστιατορίου σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου
• Παροχή πληροφοριών σχετικά με το μενού και τη λίστα κρασιών
• Έλεγχος του χώρου του εστιατορίου και του buffet ώστε να είναι καθαρός και σε άριστη κατάσταση
• Ευγενικό καλωσόρισμα των πελατών και διαχείριση παραπόνων και αιτημάτων
• Διατήρηση υψηλής ποιότητας προσωπικής υγιεινής και εμφάνισης

• Εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση, 1-2 ετών ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχείο πολυτελείας
• Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών, θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά η γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill in for the Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Help in menu planning activities, recipe testing and menu development
• Organize, assign and actively participate in the preparation of all dishes, coordinate daily tasks and supervise all kitchen employees
• Assist in the training and motivate the kitchen team to assure excellent results
• Estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that company standards are met at all times
• Solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation in the kitchen
• Maintain highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on a daily basis
• Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for all working areas and equipment

Childcare Manager 

Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki

Position Summary

The Childcare Manager will have to run and manage the children’s club operation ensuring the children are cared for in a safe environment and that an exciting and stimulating programme of activities are provided to all age groups.

Responsibilities 

• Ensure the guests and their children benefit from the highest level of childcare; oversee that there is a safe, hygienic and stimulating environment for children
• Organize and manage the Explorers for children aged 4 years upwards 
• Manage and oversee a team of nannies; have a flexible approach to the role and be prepared to step in where necessary 
• Work with the hotel attending weekly management meetings as required  
• Supervise, manage and support the childcare team throughout the season
• Planning of daily cleaning and work rotas for all childcare team
• Plan appropriate menus and provide a healthy mid-morning snack, healthy lunch and afternoon tea
• Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented to guarantee the effective operation of the department
• Coordinate and implement a range of activities outdoors including evening entertainment in peak weeks (July and August); organize and supervise offsite excursions each week and activities in the Resort
• Ensure all daily records and any accident/incident books are completed correctly and ensure all other paperwork is up to date

Requirements:

• Pre-school teaching qualification, Degree / Diploma in early childhood education / Degree in Education 
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of English language; a second language (German, French or Russian) will be highly desirable
• Love and ability to work with children aged between 4 months upwards 
• Pleasant, outgoing, warm, caring and pro-active personality
• Leadership skills – ability to lead a well-motivated childcare team 
• Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills   
• EU Passport, ID or dual nationality

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration

• Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines; give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill

 Payroll Assistant

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Position Summary

Our company is seeking a Payroll Assistant to join our team and participate in the processing and management of payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter payroll information into the company's system (Business Payroll), submit work tables to the Ergani system and assist in processing weekly and monthly payroll
• Support the supervisor in accounting tasks, prepare and submit payroll reports, manage and update the Ergani system
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll
• Manage digital work cards and related processes
• Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports
• Collaborate with the HR department and line managers to acquire necessary information
• Update paper and electronic payroll records with changes in pay rates and employee status
• Calculate and manage taxes and deductions

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of English language; computer literacy; experience in financial systems and Excel
• Pleasant personality, team player, focused on accomplishing high quality results

Banquet and Sales Executive 

Location: Thessaloniki

Position Summary

The Banquet and Sales Executive will have to listen to our clients’ needs, analyze all information, ask follow-up questions and create tailored proposals to meet and exceed expectations. Additionally, they will work closely with clients, event planners, and internal departments to coordinate and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present the company and make proposals and other external sales presentations to prospective customers to explain, negotiate and promote hotel and banquet sales
• Handle sales accounts, compose Banquet event proposals
• Work with the Chef and Hotel Manager to determine selling prices and menus for events, establish goals and help develop banquet sales budgets
• Prepare detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure all event details are communicated effectively
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests; assisting banquet staff throughout the event as needed (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.); follow up with event host at the conclusion of the event
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to showcase banquet facilities and services
• Prepare and negotiate event proposals and contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
• Maintain an updated database of potential and existing clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for banquet sales
• Conduct site inspection of the property with new or existing partners, show rooms, banquet facilities, and all other hotel facilities for business meetings or special events
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships; maintain and develop good relations with existing partners, agents, companies and regular individual guests
• Implement activities appointed by the Director of Sales and Marketing concerning key accounts
• Cooperate with reservations department and coordinate sales operations with other departments; prepare and maintain any required documentation
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and event performance analysis
• Manage event deposits, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the luxury hospitality industry or in any other relevant sales department
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
• Availability to travel 
• Strong business sense and industry expertise, excellent communication skills
• Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented, focused on accomplishing high quality results
